Our B2B Return Policy

We value our professional partnerships and aim to be as flexible as possible. While there is no statutory right to return goods in B2B transactions, we may accept returns at our discretion under the following conditions:

1. Faulty Items: Reported within 1 working day from arrival on site will be replaced or refunded in full. We will repair, replace, or refund items that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. Issues must be documented with Photos or Videos sent to info@lecncengineering.com

2. Discretionary Returns: If we agree to a return for non-faulty goods, the items must be in original, unopened packaging.

3. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% will apply to all non-faulty returns to cover administration and handling.

4. Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring goods reach us safely.

5. Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect ordering.
